You will be working with a visible and accessible management team.

As a Customer Service Officer you will be an important member of the team that maintains key client relationships, assembles and communicates information to customers, deals with customers' inquiries and performs soft to firm collection efforts on overdue accounts on behalf of clients.

As a Sales Consultant you will seek new business opportunities and service existing clients. This is a key position involving considerable autonomy and is rewards based. It may involve some IT support as well, so an understanding of IT and its application to the billing market would be highly regarded.
